Etiquette

My job is make your time with me the best experience you have ever encountered.  I don't want anything to get in the way of that, so simple etiquette and screening goes along and makes things so much easier. 
 
Screening

Screening can be super easy and done in a few minutes if you send me all of the required information.  .  You must send links and/or phone number, and email for your provider references.  Please Send your Telephone number as well to help your reference verify you. 

 

Your reference must be recent no longer then 4-6 months!!

 

I do not have time to try to search for her.  If your reference is not well known and established, they will not be accepted. 

 

If you are already verified on a trusted website, please let me know and I can clear you that way much quicker. Accepted sites are P411, TER, ECCIE, Date Check, USAG, INDYS

...Please make sure you have recent updated activity on these sites to help the process quicker as well

Additional Screening

If you do not have any references then you must provide the following

  • photo holding picture id

  • business card, business website

  • work id

  • check stub
